A new adventure!

I will not be very hard to miss now on the road or in the parking lots of the tour stops throughout the season as I am now traveling in a motorhome!  A new adventure, for sure, but very very fun!  I even love driving this 38 foot bus!  It is surprisingly really easy!

But, I am so relieved and happy to be able to have my Captain/Co-pilot, Zac, these next few weeks before he sets off to his own adventure, a new job, teaching high school and coaching football in Giddings, Tx. So if you see me coming down the road this summer…Watch out!

Day 2 was another great but disappointing day as I still left some putts out there.  I shot even par, 71, and am tied for 19th place.  I am very excited to go get those shots I left out there and have a fantastic finish.  I play at 11:20 today and I cant help but have a huge grin on my face as the weather is absolutely perfect.  I am so happy to be out here living my dream.  It’ll be a great day!

Back On The Road!!!

Hey everybody!  I am back from 3 long weeks off and am so excited to be at another event.  I am playing in Brownsville, Texas this week where it is hot, humid, and windy!  Today was another great Friday at work.  It was 90 degrees with only a slight breeze- perfect!  I shot 1 over par, a disappointing score, but I hit the ball very well.  I was a bit tentative in my putting today which resulted in 6 missed putts within 10 feet! Ugh!  Needless to say, I worked that out after my round.  I am also glad to share that I have someone on the bag this week, “Doc”, a teaching Pro from Abilene, Texas, which helps tremendously.  It is always nice to have that extra support out here on the road.  Thank you to everyone at home for your constant cheers as well.  Till tomorrow…
