"Mason, Ohio didn't go well...again. Missed the cut by 4 shots, shooting 75-75 each day. The first day played difficult only hitting 6 fairways. It was quite impossible to stay steady, it was a roller-coaster ride! The second day was better, but no putts fell and I couldn't get anything going in time to shoot low enough. We are now in Hammond, Indiana where I am getting ready and finding ways to just put my mind aside and play the golf I know I can play. Aside from golf, Zac and I are finding entertaining activities to keep us out of the hotel room and sane. We have gone to King's Island Theme Park with a group of friends as well as catching a Cincinnati Reds baseball game against the Dodgers. It was a blast."
"Well...Let's just say there are always lessons to be learned. Unfortunately, my first FUTURES Tour event resulted by missing the cut by 1 shot shooting 76-72! My first round made it harder for me to make the cut, as I only hit very few greens. I was very anxious and excited, my energy level was through the roof! It did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. Overall, it was a great experience and I am loving being on the road. We are now off to Mason, Ohio... "
